1. Why should I provide my phone number when placing an order?
Occasionally, some details in connection with your order need to be clarified. In such cases, we can reach you quicker by phone than by e-mail. Your data are only used by rockstarsandangels.de and are never forwarded to third parties or unauthorised parties.

2. How can I be sure whether my order has been successfully transmitted?
Upon completion of the order, a confirmation is automatically displayed, and a confirmation containing all order data and other information is sent to you by e-mail.

Lean structures mean lean prices. For this reason, we do not maintain our own warehouse. For professional shipments, we cooperate exclusively with various logistics partners in order to operate speedily and inexpensively. Unfortunately, the goods cannot be picked up from the logistics centres. Thank you for your understanding.

2. I want to pay in advance for my order. What do I need to specify as the reason for the payment?
Please always specify the order ID that is indicated during check-out.

3. Can I also order on account?
As a matter of principle, orders on account are not possible.

1. Are the goods new?
Yes, all goods we offer are new and come directly from the manufacturer.

2. I cannot find the item I am looking for in the shop. Can I order it nevertheless?
Even products from the Rockstars & Angels collection that are not listed in the shop can be ordered. Please use our contact form to inquire about the prices and availability.
